How quickly can you send staff?
Call the shift desk and we'll tell you straight away what's possible. For urgent shifts we start contacting available, compliant staff as soon as we have your details.
Which areas do you cover?
We supply staff across the UK: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Tell us the location and we'll confirm availability.
What checks have your staff had?
Every worker has an enhanced DBS check, verified right to work in the UK and up-to-date mandatory training. Every nurse's NMC registration is checked before placement. Nobody works a shift until their file is complete.
Can we ask for the same staff again?
Yes. If someone suits your service, tell us. We'll offer them your future shifts first wherever we can.
Do you take bookings out of hours?
Yes. Our office is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm, and the shift desk takes bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
